Selected Projects
Centro Habana is defined by its dense urban fabric, where vacant plots—though rare—offer valuable opportunities. This project explores how such spaces can serve as catalysts for climate awareness and social cohesion.
We designed a layered public space dedicated to collective knowledge sharing and learning. Using a “house-in-house” façade system, we reintroduce traditional adobe bricks—a low-carbon, breathable material well-suited to local climate conditions.
The structure demonstrates how heritage materials and construction methods can be repurposed in contemporary ways, while creating a space where neighbors can meet, exchange skills, and engage in environmental education.
